Who I partner with
I have been facilitating groups with Mom League Raleigh since 2025. I love these groups because not only do I get to hang out with new moms and their adorable babies each week, I get to provide education and support outside of the context of therapy. Hanging out with these moms also keeps me current and immersed in newborn life!
I love returning to my roots as a music therapist when I facilitate groups with Pasadena Villa, an intensive outpatient program that supports adults in a higher level of treatment for their mental health. Not only do I get to lead music-centered interventions, but I also see a diverse range of clients who would not necessarily walk through my private practice (virtual) door!
