Oh, Shift: parenting with a partner who works untraditional hours

A three week online therapy group

A 3-week group therapy experience for moms of young children (elementary age and younger) who are partnered with shift workers and struggling to balance the invisible load of motherhood while coparenting with a partner whose work schedule demands untraditional hours.

Open to residents of North Carolina.

Details:

  • 8-9:15 PM

  • Meeting virtually

  • Wednesday evenings 

  • Start date early-mid May – TBA

**This group is contingent upon enrollment of at least 3 participants. Group size is capped at 8.**

Investment:

  • $50/session ($150 paid at first session)

  • Attendance anticipated at all sessions

  • A 15 minute consultation and assessment phone call with Sarah to be completed prior to 1/15/24

About the group leader

Sarah is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate, a board certified music therapist, and owner of Fermata Counseling, PLLC. She primarily serves women experiencing perinatal mental health concerns through individual counseling. Sarah spent the first 8 years of her parenting journey with a partner working nights and variable shifts in healthcare.
